Supplementing with fish oils is something that I recommend across the board - young and old. It has been well documented to help with a number of conditions, but also used preventatively. Now a study is making the link between people who take omega-3's (found in fish oil, flax oil, nuts, avocado) and lower body weight. You can view the entire article here:
