Ingredients:
1 egg plus 2 egg whites
1 heaping TBSP coconut flour
1-2 TBSP powerseeds (optional)
cinnamon
mix all ingredients and pour into a hot pan that has a little melted coconut oil in it. Cook until golden then flip. Top with your choice of berries, fruit, yogurt or a drizzle of maple syrup!
